Mango Avocado Salsa

Try this salsa over grilled chicken for a taste of summer.

1 mango diced
1 avocado diced
1 tomato seeded and diced
1/2 onion diced
2 garlic cloves minced
juice from 1 lime
2-3 T of minced cilantro
1/8 t chili pepper, depending on how spicy you want it
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve over grilled chicken or enjoy it as a snack with chips.
